| 摘 要： | 1883年上海金融风潮爆发后,在短期和长期两个方面对中国近代工业化造成了影响和破坏。短期的影响是大多数中国近代企业被迫破产从而致使投资商人蒙受巨大损失;长期影响是导致民间资本投资近代工业的积极性锐减,还使勉强度过难关的企业的性质发生了改变。

| Abstract: | At the basis of summarizing the reason of 1883 Shanghai finance unrest explosion, analyzing influence and demolition of China modern industrialization because of 1883 Shanghai finance unrest in the short-range and long-term. The short-range influence is majority of China modern enterprise were gone bankrupt, caused investment businessman suffering huge loss; In the long period, 1883 Shanghai finance unrest reducing the interest of civil capital investing modern industry sharply, changing the characteristic of enterprise which had great difficulty in passing through this finance unrest. |
