| 摘 要： | 随着信息化技术的广泛应用和网络的普及,高校思想政治工作也面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。高校思想政治辅导员应具备信息素质是信息化时代思想政治工作的必要条件。加强网络建设,实施培训制度、提供实践机会、建立激励机制是提高高校思想政治辅导员信息素质有效途径。

| Abstract: | Along with extensive application of information technology and popularization of network, thought and politics education is faced with strange opportunity and challenge. Thought and politics instructors of colleges and universities should possess information diathesis to meet with urgent requirement of thought and polities education at information times. Strengthening campus network constructure, implementing training system, providing chance of practice and establishing excitation mechanism are the effective channels to improve information diathesis for thought and politics instructors. |
