| 摘 要： | 战略已经被广泛应用于社会生活的各个领域,对战略的本质和作用进行深层次的思考已成必要。战略的本质是充分发挥主观能动性,利用已有的和可获取的力量对事物全局的发展趋势进行认识与控制,以引导组织趋利避害,确保组织的生存与发展。战略具有导向、整合、激励和保障四大作用。

| Abstract: | Strategies have been widely used in various fields of social lives.Deep thinking about the nature and functions of strategies have become necessary.The essence of strategies is to bring initiative into full play,understand and control the overall development trend of things by using available and accessible power,guide the organization while avoiding disadvantages,and ensure the existance and development of organization.Strategies have four functions of orientation,integration,incentives and guarantees. |
