论清前期官员任职的地方回避制度

清代前期(此处特指1840年之前的清朝)，统治者为了整顿吏治、巩固皇权，制定并推行了严密而庞杂的回避制度。其中，清官员任职的地方回避制度就具有明显的时代特点和历史局限，对它的历史考证、理论概括和价值评价，将对前人的某些错误记录作出纠正，对今人的某些诠释提出商榷。

On The System Of Avoidance Applied To The Local Administrative Hierarchy In The Early Qing Period

During the early period (hereby referring to the Qing reign before 1840) of Qing Dynasty, in order to bring order to the administration of local officials and strengthen the imperial rule, the Qing rulers formulated and carried out a rigid and complex avoidance system. Among the avoidance rules, the locality post avoidance is a characteristic feature of the time and of historical limitations. An historical examination, theoretical summing up and evaluation of the system can correct some erroneous records of the predecessors and raise some questions to some interpretations of some contemporaries.
