| Abstract: | The manpower capital has been the most valuable and the most important resource, but it was ignored by the actual financial management pattern. This pattern exists much insufficiency in practice .On the basis of manpower capital effect on financial management , this article discussed the necessity of introducing manpower capital into financial management in the knowledge economy age. |
