| 摘 要： | 面对东周数百年，天子势微，礼崩乐坏，统治者的“合法性”出现危机的局面；面对一个现有的非贵族政权的合法性问题以及如何在一个非贵族的官僚体制中解决君权的无限膨胀和肆无忌惮？董仲舒将法家、道家、阴阳家等的精华熔为一炉，将儒家之道神秘化、宗教化，形成一种可以自圆其说、可以深入灵魂、可以又辩证又统一的大一统的意识形态。最终完成了儒家对于皇权官僚体制的双向制衡。

| Abstract: | Faced with the crisis situation of several hundred years of rule by East Zhou, less influence of emperor, disadvantageous state of rites and ceremonies, deteriorated legality of rulers; faced with the legal issue of the present non - aristocrat power, how to solve the endlessly expanded monarchical power in a non - aristocrat autocratic system？ Dong Zhongshu fills up gaps in his theory that is deep into soul through combining Law School, Dao School and Yinyang School, mystifying Confucianism with religious quality which is a both dialectic and integral ideology. This finally finishes the bi -directionally reconstructing the imperial power by Confucianism. |
