中国与韩国女子短道速滑成绩比较与分析——以2008国际滑联短道速滑世界女子团体锦标赛为例

通过对2008国际滑联短道速滑世界团体锦标赛中、韩两国参赛队员情况、比赛成绩等进行综合分析，指出我国短道速滑女队形成了以王漾为领军人物的新团队，整体水平上升，具有冲击冬季奥运奖牌的优势，但也存在队员年龄偏高，伤病较多，后备人才匮乏，国家投入场馆建设的资金不足等问题。提出重视运动员的文化教育培养，建立校体联合的培养体制；针对地域的特点，政府应加大专项资金的投入；提高教练员的业务水平和职业道德水准，解决困扰队伍发展的制约因素，为备战国家短道速滑队备战2010年温哥华冬季奥运会提供战略决策依据。
