| Abstract: | The education in the new period requires that teachers should change from traditional experience to modern research in their work. It is also essential to their own development to be research- oriented teachers. Only by studying unceasingly and carrying out indefatigable researches in educational reform can teachers create a new structure of knowledge and renew their educational concept in time, improve their specialitzed quality and professional skill, overcome the limitations of and one- sideness in experience and keep pace with the times. |
