| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育大众化进程中存有量变与质变的关系，分析了局部质变超前总的量变的“超前”现象的特点，并预测了出现全局性质变落后于总的量变的“滞后”现象的可能性，指出正确认识滞后性对我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育成功过渡具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | There is a relationship between the quantitative change and the qualitative change in the massification of higher education in China. The aim of this paper is to analyze the phenomenon of local qualitative change coming before overall quantitative change and predict the possibility of general qualitative change lagging behind overall quantitative change and point to the positive effect of the phenomenon in terms of the transition from elite higher education to mass higher education. |
