以特色求发展创新高职院校人才培养质量管理体系——从广东工贸职业技术学院引入ISO9000谈起

新时期高等职业技术教育教学质量管理必须首先认识高等职业技术教育的人才培养质量观;同时必须采用创新的管理方法,构建先进的高等职业技术教育教学质量管理体系和运作体系。本文从高职院校ISO9000标准的引入与实践,探索改进高等职业技术教育教学质量管理的内部运作模式,对高等职业技术教育教学质量管理进行研究,以总结出适用于高等职业技术院校教学质量管理的平台经验,在当前对高等职业技术教育的健康发展具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。

Develop with Characteristic and Create a New Quality Management System of Personnel Training in Higher Polytechnic College——from the Introdution of the ISO9000 in Guangdong College of Industry & Commerce

Knowing the idea of personnel training is the necessary way to understand the management of teaching quality in higher polytechnic colleges.;at the same time,adopting creative management to build advanced teaching management system is also necessary.In this thesis,we explore the way to improve the teaching management system and study it by the introduction and practice of ISO9000 in higher polytechnical college,so that we can summarize suitable experience for it.It is hoped that it has both practical and theoretical use the healthy development of present education of higher polytechnic colleges.
