摘    要:在教育工作中让学生掌握一定的学习技巧并能收获良好的学习效果,既是教育者的工作目的,也是教育工作的价值体现。在小学语文教育中,教师应了解在小学语文阅读中存在的教学问题,并与学生、家长和其他教育工作者进行交流,找出问题出现的原因,进一步提出针对性的有效策略并应用在语文阅读教学过程中,使学生全程参与并获得更多的语文阅读知识。

Abstract:In educational work,letting students master certain learning skills and can harvest good learning results is not only the purpose of educators,but also the embodiment of the value of educational work.In elementary school language education,teachers should understand the teaching problems existing in elementary school language reading,communicate with students,parents and other educators,find out the reasons for the problems,and further propose targeted and effective strategies and apply them to the language in the process of reading teaching,students will participate in the whole process and gain more knowledge of Chinese reading.
