我国地区政府横向府际关系及府际治理探析

随着区域经济一体化的发展,我国各地区政府间的横向合作关系得到了很大发展,地区政府间的府际关系已经由＂恶性竞争＂走向＂协商合作＂的阶段。在府际治理理论的指引下,营造和谐互动的地区政府间的府际关系,对于缩小各地区之间的差距和发展的不平衡性,对于和谐社会的构建,都将起着重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

Relations of Local Governments and Intergovernmental Treatment in China

With the development of integration of local economies,there are increasing cooperation between local governments,with their relations changing from bad competition to negotiative cooperation.Within the theory of intergovernmental treatment,constructing harmonious and interactive relations among local governments is important realistically and historically for the narrowing down the difference between different local areas and their imbalance in local development.
