| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂是市场经济发展以后出现的一种丑恶现象。商业贿赂破坏了市场的公平竞争,严重影响了价值规律和竞争机制作用的发挥,破坏了市场经济秩序,影响了国民经济的健康运行,危害了国家经济安全。商业贿赂已成为经济社会生活中的一大公害,必须坚决治理和根除,构建公平合理的市场竞争秩序。
