| 摘 要： | 中国社会主义青年团成立后不久，就因团员成分复杂等缘故而陷于停顿。青年马克思主义者施存统从日本回国后立即受命恢复团的组织，并以其出色的才华在团的“一大”上当选为团中央首任书记，从理论到实践都为青年团的复兴与发展做出了重大的贡献，他在青年团历史上的重要地位是值得充分肯定的。

| Abstract: | Soon after the Socialist League of China was founded, it came to a close due to die complexity of its members, etc. Shi Gun-long, a young Marxist, was assigned a task of reorganizing the League and for his remarkable talent elected first General Secretary of Central League Committee in the First Congress of the Socialist League of China. He, theoretically and practically, made a great contribution to the revival and development of the League and deserved a fully positively essential position in the history of the League. |
