| 摘 要： | 以连锁董事这种典型的企业之间关系网络为起点,以资源依赖理论为支撑,使用社会网络分析方法,在给定企业、董事会等传统因素条件下,重点就连锁董事关系网络因素对以债务融资能力和债务期限结构为代表的企业融资行为做探索性研究。
