从滇、川蒙古族文化现状谈少数民族传统文化的传承与发展

传统文化在其发展过程中受到诸多因素的影响，具有不断沿革、变异、创新的特性。具体表现在文化的相互影响与互渗；文化的异己与创新；文化的认同与复兴；文化的相融性与多元性等方面。因而，传承与发展少数民族文化必须以发展经济为基础，以民族平等与团结为保证，以不断提高民族文化教育素质为动力，同时要制定相应的法律、法规，从而确保我国多元一体文化的繁荣与发展。

DISCUSS THE INHERITANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRADITIONAL CULTURE OF MINORITY NATIONALITIES FROM THE PRESENT CULTURAL SITUATION OF THE MONGOLIAN NATIONALITY IN YUNNAN AND SICHUAN

Traditional cultures have been affected by many factors in the course of their development, having the featares of constant evolution, variability and origination, which menifest cultural effects and infiltration, cultural dissidence and origination, cultual reservation and rejuvenation, cultural mixtuare and pluralism, etc. Thus, the industrial development, the national equality and unity and the improvement of national, cultural and educational quality are the foundation , the guarantee and the motive force of the inheritance and development of the culture of minority nationalities. Meanwhile, appropriate laws and legal provisions must be made so as to ensure the prosperity and advance of the pluralistic and integrative culture in China.
