| 摘 要： | 教育制度创新有其内在规律,是在规律的制约下展开的。但是,在每一个社会,教育制度的每一次创新,又都是由社会、历史、文化、心理和自然等多种因素的交互作用促成的。因此,任何一次教育制度创新,都将体现为必然性和偶然性之间的辩证统一。

| Abstract: | The innovation of educational system is carried on under the control of its internal laws.However,an innovation of educational system in a society is achieved with the interactions of such factors as society,history,culture,psychology and nature.Therefore,every innovation of educational system will show the dialectical union between necessity and chance. |
