摘    要:通过研究除草剂“Basta”对3个油菜品种的植株和愈伤组织的生长及分化的影响,发现“Basta”对油菜植株和愈伤组织的生长及分化具有强烈的抑制作用,而且品种不同,抑制程度不同。并在此基础上找到合适的“Basta”筛选压,为以bra基因作为选择标记基因的基因转化试验莫定了基础。

Abstract:The experiment of the effect of herbicide,"Basta" on 3 varieties of rapeseed showed that "Basta" strongly inhibited the growth and differentiation of rapeseed and callus.Furthermore,the inhibition degree varied with different strains of rapeseed.On the basis of this result,optimal selection pressure of "Basta" was determined,thus laying the foundation for the transformation of rapeseed with bra gene serving as selection marker gene.
