| 摘 要： | 哈萨克斯坦共和国是20世纪90年代建立的新兴国家，与中国新疆接壤。独立之初，中国就与其建立了正式的外交关系。哈萨克斯坦共和国的稳定，不论政治上或经济上，都对新疆乃至全国的经济稳定和进一步的发展起着不可忽视的作用。
