| 摘 要： | 人类自身以及人与社会的和谐发展是科学发展观的核心。作为人类精神文明的文化发展同物质文明的创造具有同等重要的地位。文化的繁荣可以弥补以往片面科学观的偏差，通过构建人的和谐的意识体系而塑造健全人格最终实现人的全面发展，继而推动社会的和谐、持续发展。科学发展观高屋建瓴地揭示了当代中国文化建设的价值和意义，对以往存在的忽视文化战略意义的观念具有纠偏意义。
