摘    要:垃圾焚烧是实现垃圾无害化、减量化和资源化的有效方法。但过去引进的国外技术和设备都不适合我国的国情,为此我们开发出适合我国国情的高温干馏垃圾处理新技术。该文分析了目前垃圾处理方法存在的技术问题,特别是剖析了日本最先进焚烧技术存在的缺陷,论述了我国高温干馏垃圾焚烧在技术上的重大突破,并且从有害物质的排放、投资成本、运行成本、维修成本方面作了分析,说明这种处理技术适合我国的国情,具有更多的优点。

Abstract:Rubbish incineration is an effective way to realize harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization. However, the foreign technology and equipment introduced in the past are not suitable for the situation of our country. Therefore, a new rubbish disposal technology by high temperature carbonization is developed . The present paper analyzes the technical problems existing in current ways of rubbish disposal, especially the limitation of the most advanced Japanese technology reported in China Daily in April 12, 2006, to discuss the great breakthrough of the new rubbish disposal technology by high temperature carbonization, and also analyzes the perspectives of harmful materials let, investment cost, operation cost and maintenance cost to state that this disposal technology, which is suitable for the situation of our country, is of many strong points.
