| 摘 要： | 目前成人高等教育正面临着教学目标、教学内容和教学手段等全方位的深刻变革,而探讨一种与之相适应的新的教学模式,不仅是远程教育教学过程需要,更是适应知识经济时代成人高等教育自身发展的需要.笔者认为,为了充分体现现代远程教育先进的教学理念、教学手段,应重新构建三个体系一是师资培训体系,二是教学管理体系,三是质量评估体系,这样才能突破传统教育灌输和传播的模式,创建以提高学生自主学习能力为主的教学模式.

| Abstract: | Advanced education for the adult needs a deep change and reform in aims, content and means of teaching. Then to find a new teaching model either in theory or in practice will meet the need to it. In this article ,the author thinks that three systems should be reformed-- system of teachers training, system of teaching management , system of evaluation. Therefore, the traditional indoctrination will be replaced by the model of a student teaching himself. |
