国际刑事司法准则与我国刑事诉讼法的改革完善

现行的刑事诉讼法,与我国已经签署加入的多个联合国文件所确认的国际刑事司法准则之间存在较大差距。本着国际条约必须遵守的原则,我们应当在立足本国实际情况的基础上,积极采取改革措施,对刑事诉讼法进行完善,使其与国际刑事司法准则协调一致,从而达到消除差距,实现对接的目的。

The current procedural !aw,which exists long distance,comparing with the demand of the International Standard of the CriminalAdministration of Justice that we have Joined in and it has been admitted in manyfiles of UN.As the principle that the international treaty must be conformed and on the basic of the actual condition of domestic nation,our country should take a series of actions about innovation optimistically,perfect the procedural law and make the law coincide with the international standard of the Criminaladministration of justice,then we could eliminate the distance and achieve theconnection destination.
