| Abstract: | The administration litigation offering as proof duty is used as a kind of rule, it connects with administration procedure offering as proof duty closely. There still exist some difficulties on offering as proof duty between the two parties concerned. So some relations should be adjusted between them and predictable outcome and recognize and recognize with judicial perception. |
