| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,城市化进程加快,“城中村“成为一种普遍现象,许多学者对此现象进行了具体研究。本文立足于近十年来关于“城中村“的相关研究成果之上,对“城中村“的概念、成因及改造等方面进行论述、评析,然后指出目前的研究缺少对外来人口及相关法律法规的关注,缺乏时效性,希望这些方面能够引起足够的重视。
