| 摘 要： | 《（政治经济学批判）序言》在马克思主义哲学经典著作中占有重要的地位，它标志着唯物史观的成熟。在整体上对序言进行了文本分析的基础上，从局部上对序言中唯物史观经典表述部分进行了解读，从而强化了对序言重点文本的研究。这种整体与部分、全面与重点相结合的研究，使我们对序言的文本具有了立体感，从而使我们对序言的思想具有了更加全面而深刻的理解。

| Abstract: | Cultural security has an important and decisive significance in the national security dimensions, as Cllinese border area, Xinjiang is in a different civilizations plate border, this region has the characteristics of civilization fault zone and cultural fragmentation. Cultural security building in Xinjiang areas is a measure to maintain national security and stability to achieve long-term stability of million years. |
