| 摘 要： | 近年来，生态补偿问题逐渐受到各界学者的关注，在中国已出台的关于生态建设补偿的法律法规中，以建立森林生态效益补偿制度的法律法规最多，也最臻完善．然而，与森林生态系统并称为全球3大生态系统的湿地生态系统，还未得到应有的补偿．本文就黄河三角洲地区湿地生态补偿问题作了一些有益探索．

| Abstract: | In recent years, most szholars pay more attention to the eco-compensations, and the most and the perfect of the eco-compensations laws and regulations are forest eco-compensations. However, the swamp ecosystems as one of the three big ecosystems in the world mentioned in the same breath with the forest ecosystems, have not obtained the due reparation. So the paper pays more attention to the problems of Yellow River delta swamp eco-compensation. |
