| 摘 要： | "农村教师资助行动"目的是优化农村教师资源,改善农村农村教师结构,提高农村教师素质,促进农村教育发展。本文通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方法对资教生参与"农村教师资助行动"的目的以及资教生教学、生活和以后的去向等问题进行了调查和分析,为进一步完善"农村教师资助行动"政策提供依据和建议。
