基于应用型人才培养的大学物理教学改革探索

通过分析大学物理教学的现状及存在的问题,继而围绕应用型人才培养的目标定位,从六个方面提出了大学物理教学改革的有效措施:加强宣传,转变观念,提高师生对大学物理课程重要性的认识;针对不同专业重新修订教学大纲,整合教学内容;讲好绪论课,激发学生学习兴趣;发挥媒体优势,创新教学方法,调动学生的积极主动性;加强师资培训,提高教师素养;改革考核机制,突出专业特点,强化实践应用。

Study of the University Physics Teaching Innovation Based on Applied Personnel

This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of university physics teaching,and puts forward six measures to improve university physics teaching：（ 1） enhance the importance of university physics teaching for students and teachers by idea transformation;（ 2） modify the syllabuses and content based on different majors;（ 3） stimulate student interest by learning introduction;（ 4） increase the enthusiasm of students by using media and new teaching methods;（ 5） increase the training of faculty and improve teacher abilities; and,（ 6） innovate the assessment system.Put an emphasis on specialized characteristics and strengthen practical applications.
