摘    要:"薪酬管理"作为高等院校人力资源管理专业的核心必修课,对于学生的理论体系构建、专业素质积累、操作能力培养及未来实际工作的开展,具有举足轻重的作用。为了有效破解手段单一、效果不佳、知识与能力脱节等当前课程教学中面临的主要问题,在"薪酬管理"课程教学中引入行动学习方法,从场域安排与团队组建、规则确立、任务设计、技术引导、知识收敛与效果评估等方面进行教学改革,实践表明效果较为显著,具有推广价值。

Abstract:Compensation management is one of the core compulsory courses in the major of human resource management in colleges.It is very important for students to build theoretical system,accumulate professional accomplishment,develop operational ability and carry out the actual work in the future.In order to effectively solve the problems faced in current teaching process,such as the deficiency and ineffectiveness of management methods and the separation of knowledge and capacity training,this paper introduces action learning techniques into the course of compensation management and put forward strategies of teaching reformation,which include space arrangement and team building,rules establishment,task design,technical guidance,and knowledge convergence and effectiveness assessment.The experience of these reform shows the above reform strategies have significant effect and promotional value.
