| 摘 要： | 本文从历史与现实的角度分析和探讨法治与道德各自的特性及其相互依存、相互支持的内在联系。从而说明社会主义和谐社会的构建既需要法治的“硬”约束，更离不开道德的“软”实力的调节。只有把这种“刀”与“菊”的各自优势相结合，才能建立一个既有“民主法治、公平正义”，又具“诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序”的社会主义和谐社会。

| Abstract: | This text analyses the inside mutual existence and supplement contact concerning rule of law and morals with history and realistic angle. Thus proves that the construction of the socialist harmonious society needs " hard " governing by law to restrain and the regulation of the ethical "soft" strength to adjust gentely. Only by combining this kind of "knife " and "chrysanthemum", couldwe set up a socialist harmonious society with "democracy and the ruling by law, fair justice", with "sincere friendliness, dynamic stable in order". |
