艺术设计人才培养模式特色研究

随着社会经济的快速发展,市场对于艺术设计人才的需求越来越大。目前高职艺术设计的人才培养,要以培养创意与技能并重的高级应用型艺术设计人才为目标,以创意思维的培养作为核心。但是由于各种原因,教学理念的变革,人才培养模式的调整总是呈现出缓慢滞后的现象。本文针对目前艺术设计人才培养中存在的一些实际问题,在实际调查、实践教学和专家研讨的基础上对艺术设计人才培养模式特色进行探讨。

Characteristic Research on the Mode of Artistic Design Talent Cultivation

With the rapid development of the society and econo-my, market＇s demands for artistic design talents are increasingly higher. Currently, the cultivation of higher vocational artistic de-sign talents should be aimed at cultivating high-level applied artistic design talents being deft at both creativity and skills, with the cultivation of creative thinking as the core. But due to various reasons, the reform of teaching concepts and the adjustment of talent cultivation modes are always backward. In view of the cur-rent practical problems existing in the cultivation of artistic de-sign talents, this paper explores the characteristics of artistic de-sign talent cultivation modes based on field survey, practical teaching and expert discussion.
