试论新的社会阶层中的团组织建设

改革开放以来，我国社会阶层构成发生了新的变化，把民营科技企业创业人员和技术人员、受聘于外资企业的管理技术人员、个体户、私营企业主、中介组织的从业人员、自由职业人员等新的社会阶层中的先进青年吸收入团组织，是新时期团组织建设的重要内容，是扩大共青团的群众基础，不断提高共青团组织的社会影响力的必然要求。

On the building of League organizations in new social strata

A new change has taken place in Chinese social strata since the beginning of reform and opening up. In order to increase the influence of the League in society at large and expand its mass base, we should admit into the League advanced young people of the new social strata, among whom of the entrepreneurs and technical personnel employed by non-public scientific and technological enterprises, managerial and technical staff employed by overseas-funded enterprises, the self-employed, private entrepreneurs, employees in intermediaries, free-lance professionals. This is a main task in building the League in a new term.
