3-5岁幼儿创造性人格结构研究

摘    要:采用问卷法、观察法、访谈法等研究方法对大连市普通幼儿园的300名幼儿进行调查和比较,研究3-5岁幼儿的创造性人格结构。对自编问卷得出的数据进行探索性因素分析,并通过对幼儿的观察及与87位幼儿教师的访谈对分析结果进行修正。结果表明:(1)自编问卷具有较高的信度和效度;(2)3-5岁幼儿创造性人格由五大因素组成即:态度、动机特征,智力特征,情绪情感特征,意志特征,能力特征。

Abstract:This research utilized questionnaire,observation and interviews to study 300 children from an ordinary kindergarten in Dalian,investigating the creative personality structure between three and five year olds.Research data were analyzed and revised by observing the children and interviewing 87 teachers.The results show:(1) the self-made questionnaire has high reliability and validity;(2) children's creative personality structure between three and five year olds is made up of five factors: attitude,motivation,intelligence,affect,volition and competence.
