| 摘 要： | 教育、制度、监督是一个有机整体，只有综合运用，才能收到应有的效果。事实证明，绝对权力必然导致腐败，而有效遏制腐败，不仅要靠制度，而且要靠监督。因此，监督是高校预防腐败的关键环节。

| Abstract: | The construction of anti-corruption system in Colleges and Universities is an essential measure and unchanged trend to further carry out the construction of the working style of the Party and the incorrupt government and to fight against corruptions. Based on the studies and practices the writer assumes that we should follow the following six principles to achieve our aim, the principle of direction, the principle of adaptability, the principle of intention, the principle of inheritance and creation, the principle of the integration of education, system and suoervision, and the principle of control. |
