城乡规划信访问题解决机制创新

城乡规划领域矛盾纠纷层出不穷,信访工作难度逐年增大,实践中应本着公平公正、和谐社会的原则,建立规划信访预警、规划信访合力处置以及监督员参与规划等机制,通过规划方案维持、规划方案变更、个体利益补偿、公共利益补偿、回购争议房产、政府收回土地等方式加以妥善解决。

Mass petitioning arises and the mediation is more and more difficult.
