生成性视阈下的教师职业道德及策略研究

摘    要:教师职业道德是教师专业发展的一个重要组成部分。"教师不是一个道德家"是认识教师职业道德的起点。生成论认为教师职业道德是一个发展的过程:从"道德服从"、"道德同化"到"道德内化",从"道德感性认知"到"道德理性认知",从"道德他律"、"道德自律"到"道德自由"。为此,需要树立生成的教师职业道德信念,提升教师的职业道德自觉意识,营造和谐的教师职业道德文化。

Abstract:Teachers' professional ethics is an important part of teachers' professional development. The idea that the teacher is not a moralist is the starting point in the understanding of teachers professional morality. In generative theory, teachers' professional ethics is thought as a process of development: from moral deference, moral assimilation to the moral internalization; from moral perceptual cognition to moral rational cognition, from moral heteronomy, moral self-discipline to moral freedom. Therefore, we need to form and set up teachers professional moral belief, improve teachers professional ethics consciousness and create a harmonious teachers professional ethics culture.
