| 摘 要： | 张家口开放较晚，高科技含量、高附加值项目少，中小企业更是如此。积极采用高新技术和先进适用技术改造传统产业，提升中小企业的自主创新能力，对于促进产业优化、升级具有重要意义。增强创新意识，优化创新环境，加强联合，建设创新队伍已成为提高中小企业自主创新能力的必然选择。

| Abstract: | ZJK opened to the outside world later than other places.Among the items of production,only a few are of high-tech and high value-added,and it's rare when it comes to small and medium-sized enterprises.Now it's pressing to improve the traditional techniques with high-tech and develop the ability of independent innovation of SMEs in ZJK.So raising the awareness of innovation,optimizing the innovation environment,strengthening cooperation and organizing innovation teams are our best choices. |
