| 摘 要： | 文章指出了文献1]中的错误，给出了文献1]所考虑的双参数分布刻度参数经验Bayes估计问题的正确结果。在三种不同的试验方案下进行了刻度参数估计问题的数值模拟，模拟结果表明本文的方法确实可行且精度较高。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author point out and correct the error in document1],which has considered the empirical Bayes estimation problem of the scale parameter for the two-parameter exponential distribution when the location parameter is given.Numerical calculations are given under three different plans,the results suggest that the method is accurate and indeed feasible. |
