| 摘 要： | 从外部的经营环境和内部的经营管理状况分析了当前我国旅游饭店在经营管理上面临的问题,指出只有应用基于CI行为的CS战略才能使我国旅游饭店适应新世纪市场发展变化的需要,提出了饭店在应用基于CI行为的CS战略时应进行的几个主要方面改革的建议。
