| 摘 要： | 赵藩是一个由封建营垒走向民主主义革命的民国初年云南名的政治家、学、诗人。他的艺思想总的来说没有超出儒家传统的论诗思想，但也随着历史的发展发生一些变化。

In general his literary and artistic thought was confined to Confucian poetic theory, but with the development of history some changes could be seen. |
