| Abstract: | The staffs' attendance in the democratic management is not onlg the essential demand of the socialist nature , but also the internal demand of the socialist cause of the academy . It is an effective way and also a forceful insurance of managing socialist unirersities to perfect the system for tae staffs' attendance and improve the democratic management of the academy in order to realize the staffs' wishes, satisfy their demands, protect their interests and exert then functions of being masters in th e academy. |
