摘    要:按照组织认同信息论的观点,员工组织认同主要通过沟通来实现.应用社会网络分析的观点,采用个体网问卷调查的方式,考察了组织中朋友网络结构(规模、强度、范围、地位)对于组织认同的影响.研究发现:①朋友在组织中分布的部门越广泛,或者处在越高的管理层级,那么个体的组织认同感就越强;②时于和朋友沟通频繁的个体来说,朋友网络地位和文化认同的正相关关系会显著增强.

Abstract:Information theory of organizational identification advances communication plays an important role in formation of organizational identification. The study reported in this paper explored the effects of friendship network's structure including size, strength, range and status on organizational identification. The study has two findings. Firstly, widely distributed friendship network positively correlates with organizational identification. Secondly, the average status of one's friends positively correlates with organizational identification. Thirdly, communication strength plays moderating role between the status of friendship network and cultural identification. The study offers a new perspective of studying organizational identification from social network analysis.
