Sociality of human assets,veil of ignorance and Rawls' principle of justice

Rawls proposes his two principles of justice on the basis of his device of veil of ignorance,which remains hypocritical and of no help to his principle of freedom,and his definition of human assets,which is considered to be social,denying private-individual properties of human assets.Therefore,his logical process from the devices runs into a dilemma that his desired principles cannot derive from them with justification and can only be rescued by a negotiation between his devices and the social situations where he lives.It is crucial to point out that his theories of justice are doomed to be anti-historical and somewhat relative by his device.
