| 摘 要： | 在高新技术领域，市场竞争的常态是行业标准之争。举例说明行业标准之争的现象；分析行业标准之争产生的原因，认为行业标准化不是一个单纯的技术性过程，更是一个政治性过程；论述了行业标准之争的两个层面；企业层面和国家／地区层面；最后从两个层面给出了行业标准之争的动机。

| Abstract: | The standard wars are the types of competitions frequently happened in the high technolo-gy industries. Firstly,it illustrates the phenomenon of standard wars in the high technology indus-tries. Secondly,it analyzes the cause of standard wars and has argued that industry standardization is not a simple technical process ,but rather a policy nature process. Thirdly,it demonstrates two levels of standavd war :enterprises level and states/regions-lovel. At last ,it points out the motives of standard wars from the two levels. |
