| 摘 要： | 中国媒体从业人员权利的法律保障一文,阐述了媒体从业人员享有的宪法规定的政治权利与自由,一般的人身权利、财产权利以及相关的经济社会文化权利的保障的立法依据和制度基础.同时,也分析了在媒体从业人员权利保障中的问题,以及这些问题存在的原因.
