| Abstract: | Educational resourcefulness is one of the indispensable inner qualities of excellent teachers. It refers to knowing and understanding educational circumstances, judging and selecting them and taking actions. The key to cultivating teachers' educational resourcefulness is to enhance their educational theoretical qualities, train their reaction capacities, improve their judging abilities and enrich their educational experiences. |
