摘    要:高职学生德育工作中的分层教育,是以各层次学生的思想实际和差异水平为出发点,遵循"以学生发展为本"的育人原则,为各层次程度的学生发展与进步开拓了一个广阔的天地,它是提高德育有效性和更好培养学生成才的有效举措。
