| Abstract: | With the development of network communication technology and computer technology,how to build a comprehensive IMS for adult higher education has become the important topic for technology workers.Only by making full use of new technologies,we could make the adult higher education develop all types of qualified personnel to meet the social development.This article discussed the IMS overall construction,laborated the functional module and the design process,and analyzed the common problems in the design process and its answers. |
