| 摘 要： | 城乡统筹发展是我国经济社会发展的重大问题.农村职业教育是农村人力资源开发、劳动力转移培训的重要基础,是城乡统筹发展的重要保障.在城乡统筹发展视野下,我国农村职业教育应坚持如下改革思路:及时调整职业教育布局和层次结构,实现均衡化发展;降低办学重心,加大农村职业教育的发展比例,系统开发农村人力资源;加快中等职业教育改革发展,解决规模、质量、效益问题;加快培养模式改革,推进农科教、产学研结合,走集团化发展的路子.
